We have come a long way together and we wish to be a leading force for the future.
The Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations in New York has openend a new exhibition in the UN Headquarters, which will be on display from 2 October 2023 through 14 October 2023. Members of UN delegations and UN staff have the opportunity to see and interact with the exhibit in the 1B Neck area, just next to the Café Vienna.

The exhibition takes a look back upon five decades of German engagement in, with and for the United Nations. But far from just offering a historical perspective, the exhibition also discusses current and future activities which serve to make the UN and multilateralism fit for the future.

We hope that all visitors feel inspired and entertained while passing by our colorful and diverse “anniversary windows”. Part of our exhibition is a trip across various fields of united action.
